- ^ Dhuum's Butcher: Defeating Dhuum in Challenge Mode counts as 3 times, allowing the achievement to be completed in as few as 84 encounters.

- ^ Raid Mentor: Dhuum: The achievement requires earning 1000 points. Players who haven't killed the boss before award 10 points each, players who haven't killed it this week award 1 point each. Therefore it is potentially possible to finish the achievement in 12 clears, if everyone else in the group hadn't killed it before.

- "Death Eater" is likely a reference to Lord Voldemort's followers from Harry Potter, which are known as the Death Eaters.
- "Necro Dancer" may be a reference to the game, Crypt of the Necrodancer.
- "Statues of Limitation" is a pun on statute of limitations.
- "What's Death May Never Die" is likely a reference to the prayer What is dead may never die from George R. R. Martin's universe of A Song of Ice and Fire.
- "The Ferrywoman" is a reference to Charon, who is the ferryman of the underworld in ancient Greek mythology.
