Palawa Joko banner

This collection is unlocked by choosing to accept Joko's offer in the Office of the Chief Councilor during Blazing a Trail. To find which faction a character has chosen, you must check which faction's banner is hanging in Amnoon. These can be found outside the Amnoon Civic Center and at the east entrance to the Amnoon Emporium. You will want to see the banner for Palawa Joko.
Some of the items for this collection can only be obtained by the character that made the above choice.
Items from bounty targets and purchasable items from renown hearts vendors can be obtained on any character once the collection is available.
