• Give a Fire Orchid Blossom to Kodama the druid, located inside  Druid's Grotto — in the Savage Rise, Draconis Mons.

Notes

Bug:

Talking to Kodama may sometimes not trigger a dialogue option to give them the Fire Orchid Blossom. Finishing map completion for Draconis Mons appears to resolve the issue.

You need to have the Fire Orchid Blossom in your inventory and not in the bank
