Alchemy Supplies can be found in the hidden treasure vault of the Dengatl hylek, at the end of the Tears of Itlaocol mini-dungeon in Wychmire Swamp. It is a collection of stolen Hylek Alchemy supplies, where the secret recipe for hylek poison coating can be found, required for the HOPE I: Research Legendary Weapons collection.
