Avoidance Training

Avoidance Training is a level 80 event in Training Grounds.

Objectives[edit]

  • Utilize blocks and dodges to avoid the trainer's attacks.

Walkthrough[edit]

  • There are four attacks to avoid:
    • Cone
    • Red circle
    • Wave
    • Kick
  • Any means of full avoidance counts: Aegis, Block, Dodge, Evade, Invulnerability, or simply moving out of the attack indicator. The wave can also be jumped over.
  • Thick Skin (Leviathan).png Attacks Avoided shows the number of attacks avoided in a row, and a longer streak increases the amount of heart progress gained per attack.
  • It's easier to gain a long streak if multiple players are in the area, as some attacks are directed at one player.

Trainer Stone Fist: Step into the ring! Try to keep away from my LANDSLIDE!
One of the following upon getting hit
Trainer Stone Fist: BAM! Too slow!
Trainer Stone Fist: Keep those feet moving! Cone on now!
Trainer Stone Fist: You just gonna let me hit you like that? MOVE!
Trainer Stone Fist: I got you in a LANDSLIDE!
One of the following when earning bonus heart progress at a multiple of 5 stacks of Attacks Avoided
Trainer Stone Fist: All right, all right! You've got my respect!
Trainer Stone Fist: Ahh, you're a slippery one!
Trainer Stone Fist: Ah, we've got a lively one!
Falling below 25% health
Trainer Stone Fist: Take a break. Don't die on me, now.

Notes[edit]

  • Falling below 25% health will apply Recovery.png Recovery and make Trainer Stone Fist friendly. Exit and re-enter the circle to continue training.
Getting hit by the red circle will still grant a stack of Thick Skin (Leviathan).png Attacks Avoided for a split second and heart progress.
