Banner. Place a banner that grants boons and superspeed and breaks stuns on initial placement, then pulses boons to you and nearby allies afterward.

₅ Stability (5s): Cannot be knocked down, pushed back, pulled, launched, stunned, dazed, floated, sunk, feared, or taunted.

 Superspeed (5s): Movement speed is greatly increased. Maximum duration: 10s

 Regen (2s): 260 Heal[sic]

Notes

• When used without an enemy target, the banner is placed at the seabed in the direction the player is aiming.

Bugs:

• Has an indefinite range when targeting an enemy.
• Sometimes gets placed inside terrain when used without a target.
• Grants  Resistance like the land version, not  Regeneration as listed.
• Erroneously lists a blast finisher skill fact.

Anomalies:

• Ignores vertical distance.
• The  Stability and  Superspeed are not listed as "Initial" like the land version.
