Binding Blade is an effect that deals damage every second. It's applied by   Binding Blade, a guardian greatsword skill, and indicates that the affected enemies can be pulled to the guardian by using the sequence skill   Pull.

PvE

(0.3 * Power) + (2 * Level) damage per second,

(0.3 * Power) + 160 damage per second at level 80.

PvP and WvW

(0.1 * Power) + (2 * Level) damage per second,

(0.1 * Power) + 160 damage per second at level 80.

Mechanics

• This effect cannot be applied to epic rank foes.
• This effect lasts for 10 seconds, but will immediately end on an enemy if they move more than 750 units away from the guardian.
• If the guardian uses the "Pull" sequence skill, it will remove this effect from all affected enemies.
