The Broken King is a mini boss who is part of the Statues of Grenth event, guarding the Statue of Ice in the Hall of Chains. He used to be King Frozenwind, a loyal elemental servant of Grenth, who has since been twisted into Dhuum's servitude.

Shield of Ice (at 1% health) — Shields the Broken King from death.

4 Frozen Wind) — Your skin freezes through as death takes hold. - Hailstorm (every 2% health) — A whirling orb of sleet and ice that deals heavy area-of-effect damage if not absorbed upon landing.
- A large chunk of hail will descend onto a shrinking green circle over the course of 15 seconds. Deals moderate amount of damage to any players in the green circle when it lands, and applies a stack of Frozen Wind. If no players are in the green circle, then the Broken King will use Ice Breaker.
