Brutalize is a skill used by Samarog during the Bastion of the Penitent raid.

Notes

• Occurs every 10% health but may be delayed due to skill cooldown and activation times.
• Repeatedly damages pinned down target until his defiance bar is broken.
• This attack lasts up to 15 seconds. If the target doesn't die and Samarog isn't broken, the target is freed and the fight continues.
• Does 0.3% of Max HP every tick increasing by 0.3% every time.
  • This means the first hit is 0.3%, then 0.6%, then 0.9%, etc.
  • Ticks happen ~0.3-0.4s apart
