— In-game description

Acquisition

• Interact with the campfire in the middle of the Tarstar village southwest of  Apostate Waypoint — to pick up a torch. Multiple Veteran Oakhearts can be found in the forest north of the waypoint. You can mount up and waypoint with the torch, but you will drop it if you enter the water or use a transformation.
  • A Veteran Black Bear for the same collection can be found at the same location.
