Captain Leo the Relentless is a cat, the captain of the Kitty Crew. Can be found inside the Overgrown Channel Grotto, enter the skimmerway at Overgrown Channel Skimmerway, then swim into the cave on the right-hand side. Once inside, surface around the area of the letter “a” in “Jetsam Point” on the map.

- Captain Leo the Relentless stands proudly before you in all his majestic splendor... Actually, he'd probably be described more as cute than majestic. Maybe a younger kitty than expected...
Are you...Captain Leo? The Relentless? I thought you'd be...taller. (unlock chapter 11 of the Captain Leo the Relentless and the Kitty Crew book and completing the achievement)
- Leo noses chapter 11 of the book then lets forth a triumphant, "MEOW!" and brushes against your legs. It seems he has made you part of his crew! (Equip his mini to have him follow you around!)
Oh! What an honor! I accept. Thank you, Captain!
