This is an Extra Life charity animal added in August 22, 2023 game update and visible via any of the Chatoyant items. During Extra Life, viewers who donated to Joe Kimmes's goal could name a cat, dog or another pet, which would be included in the game.

Catladbolg is an Extra Life animal. It can be found in various locations. In the Grove you can offer Caladbolg to it which it smells to begin its adventure. In Castora you can accompany it further on its adventure to an island of pets called Cats-tora.

- If you have Caladbolg
- The cat mews expectantly. It seems interested in Caladbolg.
You can have a look, but no biting.
- It sniffs at the thorn sword, then it blinks approvingly. Apparently it has learned the scent now and can begin its adventure.
Good cat.
- No, cat. This is my sword.
- If you don't have the weapon
- Meow.
- Good cat.
At Soaring Sands[edit]
- This cat's adventure has brought it far from the Grove. It seems to want to travel with you to an island of pets.
It would be my honor to accompany you. (Prompts to continue to Cats-tora)- Good cat.
Notes[edit]
- It doesn't actually accept the sword.
- You need the Chatoyant Infusion or Chatoyant Lens to be able to see it.
