May 11, 2021	This trait has been reworked and renamed Chaotic Potency. Gain condition damage. Gain additional condition damage while wielding a staff. Recharge of staff skills is reduced.

December 03, 2019	Fixed a bug that prevented this trait from reducing the recharge of Lesser Chaos Storm.
March 27, 2018	Fixed a bug in which this trait did not properly reduce the recharge time of trident skills.
August 08, 2017	Path of Fire pre-patch: This trait now grants a flat 20% recharge reduction to staff and trident skills instead of scaling the recharge reduction with Chaos Armor. Fixed a bug that caused this trait to grant an unlisted 50 Toughness while wielding a staff or trident.
January 26, 2016	The duration of protection has been reduced from 5 seconds to 4 seconds.
September 29, 2015	Increased the recharge reduction from 2% to 2.5%.
June 24, 2015	Reduced the recharge reduction percent of staff skills per pulse of chaos armor from 5% to 2%.
June 23, 2015	Specialization update: Updated this trait to reflect the introduction of the specialization mechanic. No longer grants toughness while wielding a staff or trident. No longer reduces recharge of staff skills. Added: When you gain Chaos Armor, you also gain protection for 5 seconds. While you have Chaos Armor, your staff and trident skills recharge by 5% of their full recharge every second.
