The chugger is a charr assault vehicle, much like a Dune Roller. During the norn personal story, the hero is tasked with tracking down a chugger that he and Mangonel Gearstrip managed to misplace during a drunken binge. It is possible to use the siege weaponry on the vehicle during The Machine in Action.
