Clear the Canals

Clear the Canals is a New Kaineng City achievement that involves destroying flotsam floating around the waters in the city's west by using a skiff.
Fifteen flotsams are located across the sea in Naksi Bay, Kaineng Docks and Sotdae Landing, north and south of 
Promenade Waypoint — . Each flotsam has to be destroyed once. Destroying the same flotsam multiple times won't progress the achievement. Co-driver will be rewarded with progress even when they are not piloting the skiff.
