Council Watch armor is the medium set of Caudecus's Manor armor. It can be purchased from any Dungeon Merchant using Tales of Dungeon Delving, a token obtained while completing dungeons in explorable mode. The entire set is level 80 exotic, and comes in three different prefixes. They can also be earned by completing the Caudecus's Manor Dungeon PvP and WvW Reward Tracks.

• This armor is very similar to the mostly unobtainable Guild Watchman armor.
• The Trooper's Mark, Trooper's Shoulderguards, Trooper's Jerkin and Trooper's Pants obtained from the personal story for medium armor classes share the same skins as the respective Council Watch armors and contribute towards the collection achievement.
• Rabid armor may be salvaged for a chance (depending on salvage kit) to receive a Rabid Intricate Gossamer Insignia.
• Shaman's armor may be salvaged for a chance (depending on salvage kit) to receive a Shaman's Intricate Gossamer Insignia.
