Dark Binding is an effect caused by the necromancer Death Shroud skill, Tainted Shackles. It deals no damage itself but repeatedly inflicts 12 seconds of Torment, stacking up to 4 times on each target.

Notes

• This effect cannot be applied to epic rank foes.
• This effect lasts for 4 seconds and pulses every second, but only applies Torment with the first 3 pulses.
• If an enemy moves more than 600 units away from the necromancer, the effect will immediately be removed from that enemy.
• Tainted Shackles will only immobilize an enemy if this effect was allowed to naturally expire on them.
