Difficult to Breathe is an effect applied in areas where it is thick with a poisonous green haze, such as in the Raven Sanctum maze between the second and third rooms, and on the bottom level of the Hidden Tower.

Notes

• Deals damage every tick.
• Although not described in the tooltip, progressively slows character until character is at a slow walk by 30 secs
• Can be removed by interacting with a Raven Barrier Shrine, which grants  Raven's Nullifier.
• The effect will not drain any more health if doing so would have health reach 0.
