Dormant Courage is applied on using Tome of Courage. In PvE and PvP, it lasts for 45 seconds (38.25 seconds with Power of the Virtuous). In WvW it lasts for the longer 75 seconds (63.75 seconds with trait). While this effect is active, no traits related to Tome of Courage, also referred as virtue skill 3, will activate.
