Dormant Justice is applied on using Tome of Justice. In PvE and PvP, it lasts for 20 seconds (17 seconds with Power of the Virtuous). In WvW it lasts for the longer 30 seconds (25.5 seconds with trait). While this effect is active, no traits related to Tome of Justice, also referred as virtue skill 1, will activate. This effect is also removed upon gaining credit for a kill with Renewed Justice.
