Dormant Resolve is applied on using Tome of Resolve. In PvE and PvP, it lasts for 30 seconds (25.5 seconds with Power of the Virtuous). In WvW, it lasts for 50 seconds (42.5 seconds with trait). While this effect is active, no traits related to Tome of Resolve, also referred as virtue skill 2, will activate.
