Hurl the Dragonsblood Spear at your target, piercing all enemies along its path. Branded targets are dealt severe damage, bleeding, and vulnerability. Creatures pierced by this upgraded spear have a portion of the damage returned to the thrower as health. In addition, the spear generates a wake that damages even nearby creatures that my have missed the spear's direct pierce. — In-game description

Enhanced by the blood of Kralkatorrik, these upgraded Dragonsblood Spears are available during [Group Event] Engage Kralkatorrik (80) from Dragonsblood Spear caches near the Shrines in Dragonfall. Dragonsblood Spears are needed to dispel the  Crystal Shielded effect protecting the Legendary Branded protecting Kralkatorrik during the event.
