Barrels with Dragonsblood Spears can be found during the fight against Kralkatorrik and his minions in Thunderhead Peaks. They are modeled after the Dragonsblood Spear, but are not as powerful, because they were made using blood from Kralkatorrik's minions rather than that of Kralkatorrik himself.
