The Eastern Divinity Dam is a part of the city's dam. Many fishers used to fish in the river until River Drakes came and settled their nests there.

From Ojon's Lumbermill Waypoint head north along the Lake Delavan lake boundary. The bandit (or supply crate, if the bandit has not yet spawned) can be found south of the eastern end of the dam.
