Acquisition[edit]
- With a
Recording Device in inventory, defeat any one of the three High Judges after completing 
Maintain order to help the court reach rulings on the Vabbian dead (80) in the 
Court of the Dead — at The Necropolis in the Domain of Vabbi. All three judge events will occur at their set locations around The Necropolis after completion of this event, in sequence, but in random order. Each judges event will spawn about 10 minutes after the previous one is killed or failed.
[Group Event] Defend Elonians and their deceased relatives from High Judge Kulul (80) in the neighboring area of buildings and Villagers, east of the 
Mother Tharwa hero challenge.- [Group Event] Defeat High Judge Ejele and free imprisoned Elonians (80) in the Court of the Dead — .
- [Group Event] Defeat High Judge Sidan before innocent Elonians are slain (80) in The Crypts — below the court.
