Fallen Pact Soldiers are ten bodies of Pact Soldiers who died in battle, found scattered around the south half of Spirit Vale, in the Pact camp, at the Mysterious Pylons, and within the Spirit Woods. Interact with each of them to collect their soldier tags for the Closure achievement.
