If your foe has 3 stacks of asura chill on them, trap them in a block of ice for 15 seconds.

Notes

• Deals no damage.
• If it finishes charging, it produces a block of ice that attempts to encase the enemy. If the target doesn't have 3 stacks of Asura Chill, this skill does nothing.
• The ice block applies stacks of Freeze 1 second after coming into existence. This will stack up to a maximum of 15 seconds.
  • Enemies immune to control effects will not be encased, but the block of ice will still be produced and susceptible to Sonic Blast.

Bugs:

• The skill has a range of about 4500 units.
• The ice block is still created 425 unit away from the player even if the enemy is further away.
• Despite being a spray type ability, it acts like a projectile and has travel time.
• It only traps enemies for about 10 seconds.
