Frenzy II: The Perfected Harpoon Gun is a Legendary Weapons collection achievement to gain the precursor weapon, Rage, for the legendary harpoon gun, Frenzy. This collection is the second step to obtain the second tier of the precursor, Perfected Harpoon Gun.
