Acquisition[edit]
- Double-click the
Illuminator in front of the hoard of ghostly treasure found by Veteran Captain Ferrine on the bottom floor of The Shattered Keep, near the 
Spooky Luka the Disbeliever hero challenge. The entrance is north of 
Fort Cadence Waypoint — in Sparkfly Fen.
