Grenth's Door is the Statue of Grenth within Reaper's Gate, once used to summon a Reaper to access the Underworld.
When commanding your character to kneel before the statue you will be granted "Grenth's Blessing" which lasts up to 5 minutes and gives you a 28% chance of stealing health on critical and +10% experience from kills.
