Guild Registrars are NPCs and members of the Guild Initiative. They offer guild services:

• Access to the Guild Vault (requires Guild Stash and guild permission).
• Changing the guild emblem (requires Guild Emblem Template and guild permission).
• Increasing the maximum number of guild members.
