Hamstrung is an effect applied to players by the Mistlock Instability Hamstrung. One stack is applied for each percent of the player's health that is missing (multiplicatively, reaching a maximum of 70 stacks at critical health); taking damage or recovering health will adjust the stacks accordingly.
