Acquisition[edit]
- Interacting with the Ineffable Spell Rune west of
Sparkling Sanctum — on a ledge you can reach by doing the Meandering Magic jumping puzzle or you can fly from 
Hunter's Camp Waypoint — , northeast, towards Sparkling Sanctum — , you will be able to glide from your mount when you are dismounted due to the jumping puzzle area of effect. You do not need to complete the jumping puzzle to get the item.
