Inner Nayos: Hero's Choice Chest is a container awarded once per day per account for upon a successful completion of one of the two meta events in Inner Nayos.

- Completing any of the following events:
- The Fangs That Gnash (once per day per account)
- The Road to Heitor (once per day per account)
- After the first completion of either of the meta events for the day, both events award
Inner Nayos: Hero's Chest instead upon subsequent completions.
