Communique[edit]
Boss, You'll never guess who we saw the other day walking around Kaineng: our good friend Yao. Seems the kid has gotten themselves a job at Xunlai. You want I should take care of the situation? Renho
No. Only watch and monitor. Chul-Moo
You sure about that? Kid could spill a lot of our trade secrets. Better to get ahead of it than have to clean it up. Renho
You have the orders. If Yao comes to any harm, the person responsible will see it returned—threefold. Chul-Moo
Prototype[edit]
Got an interesting visitor today. Ex-Xunlai by the name of Mi Shen showed up, ranting about how Joon shut his program down and dismantled his prototype (sounds like her). If completed it'd be the largest mech ever built. All he needed to do was finish the design of its central power core—or so he says. Pieces should have been sent to the junkyard. Gonna have a scavenging team poke around, see what the can find. In the meantime, I've set him up in a lab to show what he can do. Keeping an eye on him—I think that one's playing a few cards short of a full deck.
