- Jurisdiction: Fixed an issue that prevented this skill from being affected by quickness and slow.

- Jurisdiction: This skill's functionality has been reworked. This skill can no longer be reactivated and now fires at a constant rate of 0.85 seconds. This skill's projectile now always hits the first target struck and its radius is always 180. This skill now stuns enemies instead of knocking them back. Increased the burning stacks from 3 to 5 in PvE only. Reduced the cooldown from 25 seconds to 20 seconds in PvP and WvW.

- Jurisdiction has been added to the game.
- Adjusted the timing for charge level 2 from 1 second to 0.9 seconds. Adjusted the timing for charge level 3 from 1.6 seconds to 1.4 seconds. Adjusted the timing at which the skill automatically fires from 2 seconds to 1.6 seconds. Reduced the reactivation delay after casting charge level 3 from 0.25 seconds to 0.1 seconds.

“Charge up a ball of blue flame and activate this skill again to fire it. The ball damages, burns, and knocks targets it hits a short distance. Deals bonus defiance bar damage when fully charged. Projectile behavior changes slightly based on charge level.
