HOPE III: Prototype: 
Proximity Test: Inquest Specialist — Take the Synergetic Generator to the abandoned mine in Dry Top and attempt to sabotage the Inquest Synergetics Panel. After defeating the Inquest Synergetics Expert, use the device to test the energy reactions in the area.
