• Lesser Chilblains: Reduced the power coefficient from 0.55 to 0.25, reduced the chill duration from 4 seconds to 2 seconds, reduced the poison duration from 8 seconds to 4 seconds, reduced the base healing from 822 to 662, and reduced the healing power scaling from 0.5 to 0.3 in PvP only.
