Ley-Energy Buildup is a negative effect created by Bounty targets and other enemies with the Unstable Magic boon Ley-Energy Buildup. This condition stacks on players, dealing increasing damage over time. It can only be relieved by standing near white ley-energy orbs that spawn around the foe. Doing so will replace the condition with the Resistor effect.
Notes[edit]
- Reaching 3 stacks will show the following message: Ley-energy overload! Find a discharge station.
- This effect can be applied to anyone within a 5,000 radius of the bounty currently active with it.
