Loose Rocks can be found in The Baelfire, slightly west and down the slope from the entrance to the Citadel of Flame dungeon. Interacting with them gives Frayed Braid of Charr Fur.

- Underneath the rocks you find a very old braid of charr fur. Likely a memento that someone dropped during a hurried retreat.
