Acquisition[edit]
- Acquired by talking to Serene, a ghost found near
Magister Tassi at the 
Lion's Court — in the Grand Piazza of Lion's Arch during Halloween. If she is not already revealed, players must use Scan Etheric Field to reveal a Suspicious Location. Interact with the Suspicious Location to spawn Serene and obtain the item.
