Notes

• Applies the effect Micro Cloud.
• Able to be used on Inquest turrets, trebuchets, and gates.
• To unlock the skill : in story step : "Clear a path to the Moon Fortress.", look for a patrol with an Awakened Inquest inside, kill everybody but not him whith Blish's Arm, he will build an Inquest Turret in front of you and unlock the Micro Cloud spell.
