Mechanics

• Spawns a Fractal Vindicator when a player enters the downed state.
• A player can only have one active Fractal Vindicator at a time. If a player is downed two times in a row, they will only spawn one Vindicator unless the previous one was killed.
• Fractal Vindicators persist until killed.
