Team members will periodically be affected with vomit-inducing sickness. Combatants struck by vomit are debilitated and inflicted with conditions.

Mechanics[edit]

  • Vomit will deal 35% of a player's maximum health.
  • Happens every 30s. The timer continues while out of combat and starts roughly 40s after entering the instance.
  • Players will vomit 4 seconds after the cone appears.
  • Applies Debilitated.png Debilitated as well as 3 stacks of Poisoned.png Poisoned, Torment.png Torment, and Confusion.png Confusion.

  • The Toxic Sickness vomit attack now affects both allies and enemies, and applies the poison, torment, confusion, and debilitated conditions. In fractals, debilitated decreases outgoing damage by 10% per stack, up to 30%.
