Mysterious Nectar Mixture is a suspicious-looking drink found beneath a choya walkway. It spawns only after completing the Take part in the ritual of the Sheltered Ones event. Drinking it 
poisons the player and causes the hidden Castoran Choya to appear on the ramp inside the cave. Drinking from these waters for the first time while doing Await the Offgoing! achievement will grant 
Something's Off effect.
