Route via Sand Portals starting from the ground and ascending higher on floating sand paths.
Night Lights is a Desert Highlands achievement for finding the best spot to view the sky at night.

Make your way to the 
Desert Highlands Insight: Above the Flats mastery point high above the Salt Flats. Jackal tier 3 mastery Shifting Sands is required to use the Sand Portals. At the top, there is a small platform pointing west. Walk onto the platform at night and look up to get the achievement.
