Panic is an effect applied to players during various encounters, including:
- The Hero of Istan, after continuing to the fourth level of the dungeons.
- Eventide's March, after Eparch's ambush.
- The Eleventh Hour, right before Isgarren shows up.
[Group Event] Defeat Eparch, the Consumed King (80), upon failure.
