Pieces of Scrap Metal are random bits of metal and scrap found on the ground that are used in various events. While largely useless, they provide a means of disabling the lab's defenses in the asuran personal story Gadd's Last Gizmo as well as for helping to providing defenses in the Heart of Maguuma.
