Readings from the last two weeks have indicated a 3.59% decrease in overall power output, 0.52% lower than previously estimated. Indications seem to confirm Engineer Hu's hypothesis that, despite corporate's assurance that these findings are within tolerance, the truth is more complicated than they would have us believe.
The question we must put before the committee is whether we need to get the Ministry of Energy involved. I am well aware of the political ramifications—and Lady Joon's explicit instructions—but are we really going to continue to ignore the facts?
