Notes

• Unopened chests earned before the April 15, 2014 game update cannot be opened outside of the PvP lobby.
  • Entering PvP with a character in possession of one of these chests will result in the "Your PvP Locker has been updated ..." message, and the chest vanishing from your inventory.

Bug:

Despite being account bound, it can be searched for on the Trading Post, though its listings cannot be viewed and thus cannot be bought.
